- 9-1-1 Center dedicated
- The Pike County Training Center at Lords Valley, Pike County, PA, was dedicated June 3, 2012. The approximately $7.5 million facility will provide upgraded 9-1-1 emergency communications and training facilities for fire departments, EMS and other nonprofit organizations from Pike County. Commissioner Chairman Richard Caridi led the ceremony. Senator Lisa Baker and PA State Rep. Mike Peifer were among the speakers.
