- Wally Lake Fest Ride for the Lake
- Lake Wallenpaupack Watershed Management District hosted "Ride for the Lake" August 25, 2012, as part of the 3rd annual Wally Lake Fest. There were 64 motorcycles and 94 participants registered. They left from the Wallenpaupack Area High School for a 29-mile loop around the lake. Proceeds benefited the water quality projects coordinated by the Watershed District.
