- WNIS 4th grade Veteran's Day program
- For several years, the Wallenpaupack North Intermediate School (WNIS) has hosted a Veteran's Day Program with their 4th grade class. The 2012 program was held Friday evening Nov. 9th at the high school auditorium. Hawley American Legion Post 311 led the Posting of Colors with veterans welcomed from the audience in the march. Vietnam veteran Coulby Dunn was the keynote speaker. Along with the children, new this year was a faculty chorus, the WNIS School House Singers, seen here. Principal Amanda Cykosky coordinated the event.
