- Thursday night, Nov. 15, 2012, Joe's Ranch House Restaurant on Rt. 652, Beach Lake, Pa., burned. Beach Lake Fire Dept. was called out at about 9:58 p.m. with aid from White Mills, Honesdale (ladder), Narrowsburg and Forest Volunteer (ladder) fire departments and Tusten Ambulance. Fire broke out from the roof after these videos were taken. There were apartments upstairs. Joe Krampasky, the owner of the restaurant, had just remodeled a few weeks ago. A report on the fire's cause was not immediately available. The property was known as Bernadette's Seafood for many years. (News Eagle video by Peter Becker)
