Hawley's new skyline

This video shows part of Bingham Park in Hawley, PA and the new skyline thanks to the PPL Susquehanna-Roseland construction project,replacing the 1920's -era power line towers which a much taller variety supporting greater capacity.The poles have been going up along the ridge overlooking Hawley in mid-August 2013. The complete line replacement is 145 miles long, from the Berwick nuclear plant on the Susquehanna River to Roseland, NJ. The towers near Route 6 just east of Hawley are slated to be replaced in March 2014, according to PPL.
