Mango Salsa

1 cup mango fruit, diced 1 cup cantaloupe, diced 1 small can chopped green chilies, sweet or hot 1/3 cup green onions with tops, thinly sliced 1/4 cup cilantro or parsley, chopped 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice 1 pinch ground red pepper (cayenne)


Mix ingredients and refrigerate. Allow two hours for flavors to meld. Keeps for three days. Excellent with grilled seafood and as a party dipper. Serve with tortilla chips.

Makes 3 cups.
