About 35 cows from Eastleigh Farm in Framingham, Mass., got loose Thursday morning and found their way to a cul-de-sac. Joan Kinner, an Eastleigh Farm worker, said the breakout happened shortly after the morning milking. "Once one goes, they all follow," she said. The herd traveled about a half-mile down a path and ended at the cul-de-sac. Several Eastleigh workers guided them back to the farm. A resident in the area was seen with a garden hose washing off cow manure. The cows also left hoof marks in the soggy soil. - MetroWest Daily News
