MILFORD – Music in the Park presents Music and Art in the Park Sunday September 9 from 1 to 4 p.m. The free event is planned for Ann Street Park.
Eric Langberg will host a Nashville-style "songwriters-in-the-round" concert with Walt Edwards, Chris Raabe, and Cassidy Rain. Eric and Walt are local musical artists who perform regularly at The Waterwheel Cafe, Bakery and Bar, Milford’s foremost venue for food, drink and live music. Chris Raabe hails from Beacon NY and performs contemporary soul-infused blues-rock throughout the Hudson Valley and Tri-State region as a solo artists and with his band (facebook/thecrhisraabeband). Cassidy Rain’s music is pure Americana. She fronts her band The Outcrops (theoutcrops.com) at venues throughout northern New Jersey and the Hudson Valley.
Visual artists including Jesse Clemente, Rick Weber, Brenda Anne Bannon-Gehrke, Jerry Reganess, Lauren Anderson, Joe Ferry, Deborah Solinski and others will create and sell frameable art during the event.
